Yes, you will be able to add a personal message to your order as you go through the ordering process.We recommend that you do add this personal message, since the recipient will want to know who to thank for the beautiful flowers they have received !.
When you order flowers through our online ordering system, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call us on 020 8670 7556.
All deliveries are made during normal working hours from Monday to Saturday. Please contact us by phone or email if you require a delivery either very early in the morning, or on a Sunday.
At present we deliver flowers, hampers,champagne, wines and spirits throughout the greater London area.
We charge a flat delivery fee of £7.00 per address for our flowers and £12.00 for our hampers, champagne, wines and spirits. If you order a combination of flowers with either champagne, wine or a hamper, the delivery charge will be £7.00.
If you order more than one product we will charge you a flat delivery fee of £7.00 (or £12.00 if it is champagne or wine products only) if both products are delivered to the same address. If you order more than one product and would like them delivered to more than one address then we will charge you a fee per address.

We do deliver to all London hospitals, however some hospitals operate a policy whereby they do not allow flowers or plants on some wards. To avoid disappointment please check with the hospital that flowers and plants can be delivered to the ward in question. Also please include the ward name when placing an order.
